Yes. Underwriters can create a Marketplace profile to present their appetite, contacts, documents and market updates to Cova brokers. Standard underwriter profiles are free.

Can several people share one Cova seat?

No. Each seat is for one authorised user. Login details must not be shared or used by multiple people, and the number of active users must remain within the seats included in the subscription.

Does Cova apply usage limits or rate limits?

Yes. Plans have different usage allowances and may be subject to daily fair-use thresholds. If a threshold is reached, usage-intensive features may be slowed, queued or temporarily restricted until the next daily reset. Unused daily usage does not roll over.

Can we upgrade, downgrade or change our seat count?

Plans and seats can be changed through the process offered by Cova. Upgrades or additional seats may be charged on a pro-rata basis. Downgrades and seat reductions generally take effect under the applicable subscription arrangements and do not create credits for unused access during a current paid period.

How do renewals and cancellations work?

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Monthly cancellations generally take effect at the end of the current monthly period, and annual cancellations at the end of the current annual period. Fees paid in advance are generally not refundable for unused time, subject to rights under applicable law.

Not necessarily. Cova can work alongside an existing broker management system. Cova Clients also provides a broker-focused CRM and attached document management for teams that want to manage client context directly in Cova.

Yes. Cova Clients and its attached document management capability are included in the base platform. Availability of specialist tools such as Agent, Forms, Schedules and Meeting Assistant depends on the selected plan.

Direct integrations with Insight and WinBEAT are not currently live. Teams can bulk upload client data, and Cova Schedules can reformat insurer schedules into cleaner structures that are easier to import into broker management systems.

Cova supports email and calendar connections on eligible plans, including common Microsoft 365 and Google workflows. Integration availability can depend on the plan, customer environment and permissions granted by the relevant third-party provider.

Yes. Cova is available on iOS and synchronises conversations and work with the main Cova platform. The Android application is coming soon.

Yes. Customer and client records can be bulk uploaded, and approved documents and knowledge can be made available to supported Cova workflows. Customers remain responsible for ensuring they have the rights and lawful basis required to provide that data.

No. Cova is a professional copilot and workflow tool. It does not replace licensed insurance advice, legal advice, underwriting or claims decisions, regulatory determinations or professional judgement.

Yes. Users must review, verify, adapt and approve outputs before relying on them, publishing them or providing them to a client, insurer, regulator or other third party.

No. Cova does not use Customer Material, uploaded documents, prompts or outputs to train, fine-tune or improve general AI or machine-learning models unless the relevant customer expressly agrees in writing.

Cova localises hosting arrangements for its supported markets in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. For Australian and New Zealand operations, standard arrangements may use AWS infrastructure in Sydney with backups in Melbourne. The applicable regional hosting and processing arrangements are documented in the customer's agreement and data terms. Some information may still be accessed or processed elsewhere where needed for AI processing, support, security, analytics, administration or legal compliance.

Cova takes reasonable steps designed to keep Customer Material separated between customer environments. Customer-specific context, memory, prompts, outputs and usage history are intended to remain within the relevant customer, account or user environment.
